What To Do When Your Freelancing Business Is Slow

Write A Book

Yes, I am serious.

There will be those times when your freelancing business is at a low momentum, but that doesn’t mean you should lay back and let the waves just carry you wherever they will.

I have noticed that my freelance business goes through stages where I have clients knocking at my doors and windows, and I have more work than I can handle. It sometimes dries up and it seems that no one comes knocking, but I still am working.

First, I keep bidding on jobs and searching for new clients. I also keep working on this blog/website.

But, what I am going to tell you about today also brings income, and also a huge sense of accomplishment.

I write and publish books, and you should too.

You may have this thought that you can’t do it, but I say you can, and I have a way of helping you. I wrote and published a book on how to write and publish books. In it, I explain the process.

Greg's bookThis book is available on Amazon.

If you really put your mind to it, you have at least one topic you could write a book about.

One Free Copy

I was just noticing that I have a copy of this book here and I think I want to give it away. I believe I will pick one lucky commenter. After 2 months, I will take all who comment on this post and put their names in a hat. I will draw out the winner. I will wrap it and send it for free, so make sure you put your email address in the space provided.

Now, if your freelancing business is slow, just write a book. If I did it, you can too.
